The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is the perfect setting for activities and memorable events with walls lined with Gardiner's Resort's fascinating history.

Introducing a buffet for the senses-all you can eat and see-compliments of our very creative and very talented Chef.

Please, pull up a chair.

For breakfast, you’ll be dining in the glass-roofed, Garden Room, featuring full sun and great views of the floribunda as you enjoy the freshest fruits and pastries.

Lunch features entrées such as Rock Shrimp and Smoked Salmon with Angel-Hair Pasta, Pasta Salad, Steamed Fresh Artichokes and Fruit Salads. As we serve you on the outdoor patio, feast your eyes on the elegant, oak-leaf hydrangeas, rolling mounds and hanging baskets of petunias and gardens of Old English roses.

Enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with friends and guests around the fireplace, followed by dinner served in an atmosphere of casual elegance. The delectable four-course menu includes such delicacies as Duet of Prawns, Seared Duck Brest with roasted yams and ginger orange sauce, Oven-Roasted Veal Chop with wild mushrooms, and Pan-Fried Fulton Valley Chicken Breast with oyster mushrooms along with our famous popovers.
