Guest Dining

We are proud to have our Executive Chef Hugo Barragán heading up our kitchen. He comes to us from Tehama Golf Club in beautiful Carmel, California. From elegant black tie events to casual poolside grilling, all of our menus are prepared from scratch, using only the finest and freshest ingredients.

Dining Hours are as follows:

• Breakfast is served in our Garden Room from 8:00 A.M to 9:30 A.M.
• Lunch is served poolside at 12:30 P.M.
• Dinner is served in the Dining Room at 7:00 P.M.
• Sunday Brunch is served at 10:00 A.M.
